Indian captain Virat Kohli has got his lady luck with him in Australia. Yes, you got it right. Bollywood actress and Virat's wife Anushka Sharma took out time from her busy schedule to visit Adelaide Oval and cheer for team India.
Well, not the first time she has come at the venue to support her hubby and team India.
India had a good second day of the first Test match. They bounced back with the ball after a 'not-so-satisfying' batting performance, but now the match stands almost equal as Australia scored 191/7 at the end of the second day.
Talking about Virat, he had an ordinary start of the series with the bat; adding just four runs. The Indian stalwart had to walk out to bat inside the first 10 overs after the openers failed to give a solid start. Virat has a good record in Adelaide and with one more innings to go, we may see a big innings.
For India, Cheteshwar Pujara (123) scored a century and it was R Ashwin who glittered with the ball in first innings. While Ashwin picked up 3 wickets, Ishant Sharma also bagged a couple of wickets along with Jasprit Bumrah.
Travis Head's partnership with Peter Handscomb and Pat Cummins brought the hosts back in the game after being four wickets down in 87.
Going into the third day, Head (61*), who is still at the crease has scored a half-century and currently batting with Mitchell Starc. Australia is trailing by 59 runs.
