Former India opener Gautam Gambhir has announced his retirement from all forms of the game.
Gambhir, who made his debut in 2003 in ODIs and in 2004 in Test matches against Australia,was one of the heroes of India’s 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 Cricket World Cup wins.
He last played for India during the Test series against England in 2016.
Gambhir has always been one to speak his mind against various issues and is also known for his philanthropic work.
