Indian star cricketer Yuvraj Singh is currently playing in the Ranji trophy and having a great season so far as he is one of the top five run-getters of this season by scoring as many as 672 runs in five matches at a phenomenal average of 84.00.

In a interview with The Telegraph on Saturday, talking about Virat, Yuvraj said, Virat was then a kid… Hes mature now and has grown into a very fine batsman. Hes hit a good patch and this is the time for him to take India forward.

Yuvi also went on to say, The teams doing really well, away and at home. But England is tougher than the other teams weve faced this season.”

Talking about his performance this year, Yuvraj said, I am still motivated. I got a career-best 260 just weeks ago. Im not through with the game.”

Speaking about Australis recent performances, Yuvraj said, Back then, in 2000 and for the next six-seven years, each player in the Australia XI was a match-winner… That is not so now, with many greats having retired. In David Warner and Mitchell Starc, though, Australia do have a couple of very good players, but… That said, Australias strength lies in their system and the top-class infrastructure which is available. So, as a group, they can always bounce back.”
