Team India’s pace spearhead Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of the upcoming ODI and Twenty20 International (T20I) series against England, starting January 15.
Bengal pacer Shami, who got hurt during the third Test against England at Vishakhapatnam and was strained to pull out of the Test series, will be out of the battle for more than a month. The26-year-old pacer, Shami is still improving will be out of action for a least a month owing to the injury. Most recent one-day match Shami that played was in the semi-final of World Cup2015 against Australia in Sydney. As Said By reports, Delhi pacer Ishant Sharma will be given an opportunity in ODI team in Shami's place even as expert seamer Ashish Nehra is too in the Contention For the ODI series.
