MS Dhoni, likely to play in two practice games for Board of President XI

After claiming Test series against by 4-0, Team India will now look forward to beat England in One Day formats. Under MS Dhoni, Men in Blue are scheduled to play three T20’s and three ODI’s starting from January 15. While, senior most member in Team India, MS Dhoni, has decided to play in two practice games for Board of President XI against the visiting England side, however, selectors are likely to rest India's ace spin duo, Ashwin Ravi and Ravindra Jadeja along with Jayant Yadav. 

Keeping in mind upcoming series against Australia and Bangladesh, selector wouldn't want to risk India's top spinner. While top spinners along with few senior members are likely take rest against England in limited over format, according to reports, it Appears, Captain Cool, has informed BCCI officials about his availability to play warm-up games. 


While questions over Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane availability is uncertain as both the top notch batsman underwent injuries and are likely to recover in Time. 

Shikhar Dhawan is likely to be tried out in the warm up games. Dhawan had injured his thumb against New Zealand during Test series, back from injury Dhwan has played Ranji game but selectors would like to see his match fitness. There is also possibility of selectors giving chance to Karun Nair. It will be interesting to see whether new selectors' approach against England.
