Indian Premier League always remains the center of attraction for all Indian fans during the Indian summer and everyone can enjoy the extravaganza of cricket while watching their favourite stars in action. However, the excitement is increasing as parallelley  as the list of injured players, which is not giving a good hint for the glorious tenth edition of this ‘cash-rich’ league.

The concern is also increasing as most of the injured players featured Indian stars like Virat Kohli, Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Murali Vijay. While Kohli got injured during the Test series against Australia, rest of the other players came in this list just before the opening of IPL.

RCB will start their campaign in his absence and another setback for this franchise is injured top-order batsman KL Rahul, who played throughout the Border-Gavaskar series with an injured right shoulder.

The shoulder injury is becoming the nemesis of Indian players as Murali Vijay is also having a niggle in his shoulder apart from an injury in his wrist. His Chennai teammate Ravichandran Ashwin is suffering from a Sports Hernia and is advised to stay away from cricket for next 6 to 8 weeks. He is playing regularly since October.

From Indian bowling department, Umesh Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja are also set to miss first two weeks of action during IPL as they are advised to take rest after a hectic schedule throughout this home season. They have featured in 12 and 13 Test out of 13 India played in this season respectively.

Amidst of all this injury concern, some good news also came from BCCI as they have declared Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya as fit.
