The right-hander has agreed to be worth 200,000-pound deal to play in the BPL and this agreement would be for two years.
However, the reports suggest that the deal would be finalized only after the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) give their player the green signal to participate in the league.
Nafisa Kamal, Comilla Victorians owner, told The Daily Star over the phone, “Yes, it's true that we have signed him [Buttler] on five days ago. The agreement is for two years, and hopefully, he will be available for the whole tournament.”
If English keeper Jos is selected as the reserve wicketkeeper for the Ashes, which will also be held around the time of the BPL in November, then he will be unable to participate in the tournament.
