The Barabati Stadium of Cuttack will be hosting the second ODI between India vs England on January 19. The Indian team played their last international match on October 5, 2015. It was a T20 international match between India and South Africa, however, the hosts lost the match by six wickets.
Barabati Stadium is one of the oldest cricket arenas's in eastern India. It can accumulate 45,000 people and most of the matches have full house limited-overs clashes. The Indian team is currently leading the series 1-0 after a thrilling win in Pune on Sunday.
As per the reports, 8,000 tickets have already been sold online through the Orissa Cricket Association website. Fans had queued up from midnight on Sunday to get the counter tickets as well.
The prize of tickets is not too high as the lowest is Rs 200 while the highest is just Rs 600. However, the special enclosure ticket will cost Rs 3,000. The new pavilion and corporate box tickets will cost Rs 5,000 and Rs 8,000, respectively.
