Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan shared a post on his Facebook social media account, after not finding any buyer in Indian Premier League auction, which shows his emotions and agony. He took this as a challenge and surprised everyone with his outstanding performance in Vijay Hazare Trophy, where he did pretty well with both bat and ball for his domestic team Baroda.
On Thursday, Pathan shared a video of his performance in the domestic One-Day tournament on his Facebook page. In the 1:53-minute long video, a collection of his best bowling and batting clips are featured, which proves his hard work at the domestic level.
Moreover, his biggest weapon of swing is looking threatening once more in this video. When Pathan made his debut in 2003, he was a genuine swing bowler, which faded away with the time.
The 32-year-old is doing this all to make a comeback in the Indian side. He last played for India in World T20 2012 in Sri Lanka. Till date, he has played 29 Tests, 120 ODIs and 24 T20Is for India and is the only bowler in Tests to take a hat-trick in first over of the match, against Pakistan.
