Indian cricket Yusuf Pathan has started a new arduous job for environment and wildlife. He visited the Wildlife SOS elephant and the Agra Bear Rescue Facility, which protects 21 elephants and 200 bears.
Senior Pathan said, “There is a need to protect and conserve India's wildlife.”
“Species like elephants particularly need to be cared for as India is the last remaining stronghold of endangered Asian elephants. Wildlife SOS is doing a great job helping these elephants and bears and they have my complete support,” he added.
Indian all-rounder spent his time to interact with the officials of Wildlife SOS for get to know their efforts in protecting these animals. He signed autographs for them as well.
Geeta Seshamani, co-founder of Wildlife SOS, feels quite happy to have a star like Yusuf Pathan’s pledge and his support to NGO.
