The action packed Border-Gavaskar Trophy has ended with the conclusion of yet another thrilling cricket season. Now, actions will shift to upcoming Indian Premier League, which is completing its 10 golden years since 2008. Teams have started their preparatory camps with staff and players. Meanwhile, foreign players are also boarding India for this ‘cash-rich’ league.

Amidst, Mitchell Johnson is also ready to join Mumbai Indians in their preparation camp from Wednesday. The players are preparing under a new head coach Mahela Jayawardene at Wankhede Stadium.

Former Australian speedster will be coached under Shane Bond till April 2.

Johnson gave this information on his Twitter, where he tweeted:

Mumbai Indians picked him for 2 crores in the recent auction of IPL at Bengaluru. He has been a part of MI in their title-winning campaign in 2013. Since then, he was with Kings XI Punjab.
