Legendary Indian batsmen Sachin Tendulkar will on Thursday (March 30] unveil his latest endeavor, a mobile phone app being touted as the definitive one-stop destination for all things related to the Indian icon. Titled 100MB (MB standing for the epithet of 'Master Blaster' that Tendulkar was given during his record-breaking career), the unveiling of the much-awaited app is scheduled to be held at Mumbai's Cricket Club of India.
Tendulkar addressed his fans by saying "it is time to get up and close with me, and to be able to do that we have created a new platform called 100MB. What we are trying to create is all the information on me, whether it is social media or anything that I generally do in life, you'll have it on one platform, one destination."
Tendulkar has apparently recorded a song for the same project with famed Hindi film playback singer Sonu Nigam, and on Wednesday tweeted a response to a tweet linking the two superstars of their respective fields.
Tendulkar confirmed this news on his Twitter handle.
