There was a rumor that the New Zealand all-rounder James Neesham is all set to replace JP Duminy in the Delhi Daredevils squad for the 10th edition of IPL. According to EIN News, they received a mail from the Delhi Daredevils officials, citing that management is looking forward to name Duminy's replacement in one or two days and James will be a perfect choice.
However, the news was disapproved by the man himself and Neesham called the news an April Fool's joke.
Delhi Daredevils lost their key player Duminy last week, when the South African all-rounder said he won’t play citing personal issues. As per Daredevils official media release, Duminy mentioned, "It has been a very difficult decision for me to make, but it was for purely personal reasons."
Here is what Neesham tweeted when a fan asked for confirmation on Twitter:

Neesham was a top contender to replace Duminy and has played for Delhi team in previous editions of IPL. He performed well against South Africa in recently concluded ODI series, scoring 137 runs at an average of 45 plus with strike rate of near 100.
James played 2014 edition of IPL for Delhi Daredevils, but couldn't do much in the 4 games he played. Jimmy Neesham went unsold at the IPL 2017 auction which held on 20th February, he had base price of 50 lakh INR.
